portugal - The beauty, the culture, the people
june 25 - July 5, 2026

Portugal is a beloved destination for many due to its history, varied landscapes featuring breathtaking coastlines and quaint villages, lively cities, and exquisite food and wine. The country boasts a delightful climate with abundant sunshine, a warm and inviting culture and numerous activities to enjoy. Our itinerary includes 5 nights in Porto and 4 nights in Lisbon, with day trips planned to explore the nearby villages.
Sustainable Tourism in portugal
Portugal has pledged to execute the "+ Sustainable Tourism Plan" designed to establish the country as one of the most sustainable, competitive, and safe tourist destinations globally. This focuses on the sustainable planning and development of tourism activities from economic, social, and environmental perspectives across the territory, aligning with the Tourism Strategy2027 and associated sustainability objectives.
Activity Level
Activity level for this trip moderate. Portugal is very hilly. Steep streets. Lots of stairs. You need to be able to navigate the streets on foot, climb stairs, get in and out of a van, on and off a boat and walk up to 2 hours. If you have mobility issues please discuss this with us before signing up.
